1. Relocked Devices – No Refund:

• Use this service at your own risk. If the device relocks after unlocking, no refund will be provided.

2. Clean Status Devices Only:

• This service is only for devices with Clean / Financed IMEI status.

Spectrum USA Unlock & Fraud Policy Update:

Important Notice:

• Spectrum USA may, at their discretion, blacklist, block, or relock any iPhone or IMEI associated with an Asurion phone insurance claim after the device is unlocked.
• If your device is relocked or blacklisted due to an insurance claim, it will no longer work on any GSM network globally.

No Refund for Relocked Devices:

• Any Spectrum USA IMEI that is blocked or relocked after unlocking due to a lost/stolen insurance claim will not be refunded or reprocessed.
• Unlocking Spectrum devices is done at your own risk. We will not refund devices that have an insurance claim under any circumstances.

Relocking Issues:

• If the device relocks for any reason, we cannot claim or request the carrier to unlock it again.
• Relocked devices will not be eligible for a re-unlock through our service.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:

• Wrong Model or Network = No Refund:
  • Please verify the model and network before placing your order.
  • If the device is submitted under the wrong model or network, we will not process a refund.
• No Refund for Relocked Devices:
  • After unlocking, if the device relocks, we cannot process a refund, as this is outside our control.

Service Availability:

• This service operates only on working days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
