1. Insurance Claims & Blacklisting:
   • Devices unlocked after an Asurion phone insurance claim may be GSMA blacklisted, blocked, or relocked at T-Mobile/Sprint’s discretion.
   • Such devices will no longer work on any GSM network worldwide.
2. No Refunds for Blacklisted or Relocked Devices:
   • Devices that are relocked, blacklisted, or blocked due to lost/stolen insurance claims will not be refunded or reprocessed under any circumstances.
   • Unlocking T-Mobile / Sprint USA iPhones is done at your own risk.
3. Unknown Relock Reasons:
   • If an iPhone relocks for an unknown reason, we cannot request an unlock from the carrier again.
